3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Please follow mcwapk's financial transaction rules carefully. In any disputed transaction, mcwapk's decision shall be considered final.

KYC verification must be completed before your first large withdrawal. The verification process typically takes no more than 24 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Mcwapk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus policy is outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x — check the specific terms on each offer's page
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress

5Betting Rules & Outcomes

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, though the cash out option may be used if available
• Bets placed with incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void
• Match results will be determined based on the official announcement by the relevant authority
• If a bet is cancelled before the game starts, a full refund will be issued
• Bets Remain Valid if Disconnected During Live Betting

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcwapk. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Threatening or harassing other users

7Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Mcwapk may suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms
• In the event of KYC verification failure
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• If Suspicious Activity Is Detected
• At the user's own request to close the account

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance will be returned. A request to reopen the account can be made within 30 days of closure.

8Limitation of Liability

Mcwapk is not liable for the following. By using the platform, you acknowledge these limitations.

• Betting Interruptions Due to Internet Connectivity Issues
• Third-Party Payment Gateway Delays
• Service disruption during unexpected server maintenance
• Issues with Your Device or Software
• Financial losses from betting that result from the user's own decisions

However, if any loss occurs due to a technical error on the platform, mcwapk will investigate the issue and provide compensation where applicable.
